💼 Coffee Shop; Food & Beverage

Every coffee lovers simply doesn't expect a good coffee, but they look forward to the consistency of both taste & service every time they are served. And when a coffee shop is being able to put up to that consistency, then obviously the customer tends to get stuck. The term "Coffee Craze" has been a newly evolved trend in a city like Imphal. And its been only around a year or two, that I myself have been running after this intoxicating brew. And as far as my journey on coffee is concerned, Mara Cafe, unobjectionably plays a big part.

The Location
The most convenient factor for anyone to visit Mara is its location  at a walking distance from Khwairamban Bazaar, which is usually considered as the heart of the city. And maybe its also the reason why its my most visited coffee shop in town.

The Interior
The small and cozy interior space of Mara Cafe has an accommodation of around 17 covers at a time. I personally wish the space was a little bigger because any slight loud talks at a table usually disturbs the remaining tables, which is at a point unappealing because coffee shops usually implies a lot of  chit chat specially for evening outings. But apart from that, the interior designs are quite acceptable and comfortable. I love their wooden tables and chairs. I can see bud vase and Cruet set. Just like any coffee house offers, Mara cafe doesn't have its menu in cards, but usually offers chalkboard menu.

The Coffee
There come times where even Rita Cafe fails to brew coffee at its standard level of taste. I have visited Mara uncountably, and I always felt satisfied. I hardly order Cappuccino or Latte, but I totally love their espresso and the two types of Americano - the regular and the Italian. Espresso is unavailable at the moment, which the steward informed me it will soon be made available. I expect they add more varieties for broadening their business in the days to come.

The Food
Seriously speaking, I never get disappointed with the food taken out from the kitchen of Mara Cafe. My regular order -The french fries - one of the best I had; the club sandwitch - amazing; the range of cheese glazed Pasta - utterly delicious & the steward suggested Mara Mix Veg & Pork Fries are captivating. I don't even know how I could use the word 'captivating' to describe taste, but I did. If you are Non-Veg freak, you should try their Honey glazed chicken lollipop, Pork sausages and so on.

The Service
Now, I am somehow well acquainted with the stewards of Mara cafe. So, if I review about their service, I would definitely examine my earlier experiences there. And as far as it goes, I have nothing more to comment - its always have been good, still are. Always gets order in time, what more to expect?

Mara Cafe defines comfort with taste & style. You don't expect luxurious star class dining experience here, if you really know what a coffee shop offers. If you're looking for a quick and tasty sip to your choice of coffee or if you're looking for a cozy space to have a regular handout with your friends, than its the perfect place for you. You will not be disappointed with the food you get with the cash you pay. I can bet on it.
